The importance of Warming Up:

Personal trainer Judy Heller is quoted as saying: "You want to get the fluid in your joints flowing, so they are well lubricated and move with ease.

 

It is very important to take a light warm up before any game and especially soccer, which is a game of stamina and muscles. The study shows that the damage of muscles is very common if started a game with out warm up.

The main item before the game in kids' soccer club is to take a warm up session, it is also noted if the team is under9, then the warm up is not as necessary because the natural flow and flexibility of the kids help them to take any action.
