It is very tough job to control young players. The players are often in a mood of over confidence that they are good player. It is not recommended to drain their confidence, but this situation becomes worst when the players are disruptive.
The role of a coach in youth soccer club must be authoritative. The coach should be an authority figure, firm but nice.
Kids soccer club is a place where the position of a coach is very important than usual. The nice coach should be taken as Nice and not BUDDY. In good soccer club the obedience of rules expected from parents and that they will guide to their children about the authority of a coach and club as well.
